Awakenings
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting with Spa Fine Art Gallery. Please review the following submission guidelines carefully.
Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, only artists selected for the show will be contacted. Please do not call or message for updates. All submissions must include pricing, dimensions, and medium for each artwork.
We cannot accept walk-ins, mailed slides, photos, or original artworks. Submissions must be made digitally through the form below. Any materials sent by mail will not be reviewed or returned.
Submission Requirements
Eligibility: Open to all artists.
Fees: Free to submit
About the show: Awakenings explores renewal, emergence, light returning, fresh starts, new seasons, and personal transformation. Literal and abstract interpretations welcome.
Artwork Dimensions: There is no maximum size for this open call.
Price Limit: There is no price limit; all accepted works must be available for sale.
Mediums Accepted: Paintings (oil, acrylic, mixed media, etc.) and sculpture are accepted.
Presentation: All accepted work must be framed and ready for presentation. Work must arrive ready to install.
Quantity: Artists may submit up to 5 pieces for consideration.
Sales & Commission: All submitted works must be for sale. Spa Fine Art Gallery retains a standard 50% gallery commission on all sales; prices should reflect this.
Digital File Requirements:
Note, each file must be labeled with artist name and title of work
Format: JPG (JPEG)
Resolution: 150–300 dpi
Maximum file size: 10MB per upload
Shipping & Delivery:
Artists are responsible for shipping or delivering work to the gallery. Unsold work must be picked up or return-shipped at the artist’s expense after the show.
Important Dates:
Submissions Open: February 1
Submission Deadline: March 1
Notification of Acceptance: By March 5
Drop-Off Deadline (in person): March 26
Mail-In Deadline (must ship by): March 10
Exhibition Dates: March 20, 2026 – April 20, 2026
Artwork Pickup Begins: April 22
