About Alana DeVito
Originally from Dutchess County, NY, Alana DeVito is a Ridgefield, CT-based artist, an art teacher in New Rochelle, NY, and a writer for children. Her artwork is in collections in both CT and NY. She’s also (most importantly) mom to three growing young men and wife to her college sweetheart. When not teaching, writing, making art, or spending time with family, you might find her hiking in the woods of Ridgefield, sneaking just a little bit more dark chocolate or another sip of coffee, and/or trying to find a quiet moment in this busy life that both exhausts and inspires her.
